Jan and David Fenton are the founders of Betterlooking Skincare, bringing together a unique combination of expertise in cosmetics, fragrance, sales and marketing.
Who We Are
David & Jan
Jan has extensive experience in the cosmetics and fragrance industry, having worked with some of the leading names in the retail sector. Her in-depth knowledge and practical experience have given her a highly discerning eye for quality, ingredients and fragrance, playing a key role in identifying and selecting the products that make up the Betterlooking skincare range.
David brings a wealth of experience in sales, marketing and business development. He has successfully helped hundreds of individuals establish and grow their own businesses, with a particular strength in launching and developing new products.
Together, Jan and David combine their complementary skills to create and develop Betterlooking Skincare — bringing together Jan’s passion and knowledge of cosmetics with David’s expertise in business and product development.
The Vision
Jan and David are passionate about growing Betterlooking Skincare and making the brand accessible directly to customers, while creating opportunities for people to build their own independent business.
Anyone aged 16 or over can become a Betterlooking Sales Executive, working flexibly from home with all transactions managed online.
