All orders are sent via Royal Mail (UK shipping only).
Standard delivery (3-5 days) – £3.50
During particularly busy times, deliveries may take longer than expected. We do try to post updates when this is the case & you can also check the Royal Mail website for information on current delays.

Refunds & Returns Policy
We respect your statutory rights to a refund within 14 days of receipt of goods, provided they are returned unopened and unused within this time and purchased directly online from Betterlooking. If you receive an item which is damaged or if there is a problem with the product, please email us at support@betterlooking.co.uk with your order number, description of the issue and a photograph. Please check the ingredients before purchasing our products, which are all available on the product pages on our website.
Orders that have been returned by Royal Mail for the following reasons: Orders that have not been collected Refused delivery Have an incorrect delivery address
will be refunded when returned minus the original shipping cost.
Refunds can take up to 7 days to process and show in your account.
